Assistant to the CEOAurelia SorienteThe GatekeeperComes from a family of iconic Naples restaurateurs. Knows where Giada is, where she’s going and whose calls she isn’t taking. Holds the calendar, the passwords and most of the secrets.
Finance & AdministrationMaria GrassiniThe BrakeEvery brilliant idea lands on her desk with a number next to it. Giada sets the vision; Maria makes the numbers add up. Without her, half the season stays a dream.
Elite Villas.00Cast // The Office 2/5
Marketing ManagerAntonio PellegriniThe EyeWould rather reshoot than post the wrong light. Guards the look of everything the brand puts out, from a menu card to a campaign film, and keeps Elite Villas quiet in a loud industry.
Business Development ManagerSaverio SmortoThe ScoutThe one who finds the villas. Drives every coastal road, knocks on every gate and convinces owners to join our portfolio. If a house is worth renting, he saw it first.
Elite Villas.00Cast // The Office 3/5
Junior Business DevelopmentMarinella ChianeseThe RookieThe newest face on the team and the audience’s way in. She runs villa onboarding: once Saverio finds a house, she brings it into the portfolio, from the first visit to the first booking.
Sales ManagerMartina IannucciThe TargetOwns the season number and checks it before her first coffee. Knows which villa is free in August before the client finishes the sentence. Friendly competition is still competition.
Elite Villas.00Cast // The Office 4/5
Sales SpecialistSerena De LucaThe CharmerClients ask for her by name and come back the next summer. Warm on the phone, precise on the contract. A compliment, until it starts to reshuffle the sales board.
Technical DirectorBarbara Di CostanzoThe FixerYears ago, before the project even had a shape, Giada walked into the Engel & Völkers office on the Amalfi Coast to pitch it, and behind the desk was Barbara. Years later, here we are: she’s on the team.
Elite Villas.00Cast // The Office 5/5
Set design // EventsCarlo Lavoro“La Divinità”Events team, with Raffaello. The two set designers behind every event we produce. Every table and terrace we dress passes through his hands. Will redo a whole set at midnight because the light changed.
Set design // EventsRaffaello D’AmatoThe MagicEvents team, with Carlo. Known to everyone as Raffo. Turns a terrace into a theatre with fabric, light and personality. Carlo’s partner on every set, and his favourite argument: who gets the credit?
Elite Villas.00Cast // On location // Villa managers
Villa Manager // CapriPaula MorantThe IslandRuns our villas on Capri. Knows every skipper at Marina Grande and which table to ask for. On the island timing is everything, and she knows the last ferry by heart.
Villa Manager // Amalfi CoastGiovanna VillaniThe CoastRuns our villas on the Amalfi Coast. Knows every owner, every boatman and every shortcut from Positano to Ravello. Whatever the guest asks, she already has someone on it.
Villa Manager & Concierge // Lake ComoLudovica GilardoniThe LakeRuns our villas on Lake Como. Northern precision, Swiss-watch schedules. She thinks the coast runs on improvisation; the coast thinks Como runs on spreadsheets.
Elite Villas.00Cast // Agencies & suppliers 1/4
Corbo Collection // PartnersSuzanne Corbo & Dominique RizzoThe PartnersOur operational arm on the sales side in the US, based in New York City. They bring American clients to Italy and make sure they come back.
AVS Communication // LondonAnna & BiancaThe Feed@annasyrenRun our social channels from London. They want everything on camera, which is exactly what our guests pay to avoid. Every shoot is a story against a privacy clause.
Elite Villas.00Cast // Agencies & suppliers 2/4
Mi Serve un Ufficio Stampa // Press officeDario Ferrante & MartinaThe HeadlinesOur press office, the traditional way. Every Elite Villas story in Vogue, Vanity Fair, Dove, la Repubblica and beyond comes through them. If it isn’t in print, it didn’t happen.
Koral Communication // PRGilda KoralThe Little Black Book@gildakoralfloraKnows who is in town, who is with whom, and who must never be seated next to whom. One call from her fills a guest list.
Elite Villas.00Cast // Agencies & suppliers 3/4
Chef & food creatorMario SorrentinoThe Celebrities’ Chef@imieipiattiChef to the celebrities and our partner in the kitchen. Cooks for famous names and for our dinners alike, with a phone full of stars and firm views on carbonara.
Cake artistNancy Sannino“Celestina”@celestina_pasticceriaBuilds cakes and desserts like art installations. Every piece is a one-off, every delivery an expedition. Ask why everyone calls her Celestina: the answer is an episode.
Elite Villas.00Cast // Agencies & suppliers 4/4
Event plannerSteve Di MaioThe Silence@sdimaio_Never answers the phone. Keeps you holding your breath until the day of the event, then delivers something nobody forgets. Brides adore him; our team needs a cardiologist.
Content creator // House toursFederico CeglieThe AppetiteThe mind behind Giada’s house tours: he finds the angle, plans every shot and turns a villa visit into a video millions watch. And he never stops eating, from breakfast to the last dinner of the day. Always hungry.
Elite Villas.00Cast // Partners // Production
Event planningVincenzo DascanioThe Show@vincenzodascanioWhen a party needs a stage, lights and a crowd, he builds it from nothing. For our most important events, we call Vincenzo: one of the best event planners in the world, and a close friend of Giada.

Elite Villas.00Cast // Family
Real estate agent & influencer // Giada’s boyfriendMatteo NapoletanoThe Insider@matteonapoletanoGiada’s boyfriend, a real estate agent and influencer who tours homes on camera for his followers. Knows a good property in three seconds, and has learned that “a quick stop at a villa” with Giada means three hours. The calmest person at the table, and the first one she asks for a second opinion.
Elite Villas.00Cast // The icon
Owner, L’Europeo Mattozzi // NaplesAlfonso MattozziThe IconOwner of L’Europeo Mattozzi in Naples and Aurelia’s grandfather. Not on the team and not a guest: the icon who watches our world from his tables, hears every story first and always has an opinion.
Elite Villas.00Cast // Partners // Entertainment
Mentalist // EventsZeno Sgaravato“Mago Zen”@mago_zenThe mentalist we bring in for some of our events. Guests sit down as strangers and leave convinced he knows their secrets. Nobody has worked out how, and he is not telling.
